Ice Crest is pleased to announce that Time to Shine is back for a 2nd edition.ICTV the main broadcaster of the event is also pleased to announce that it also has a new format.
For the first round each song will be paired up against one other song and the voters will be asked to pick their favorite song.
The winner from each battle will move forward to the final which will be where we will find our representative.
