See they are Dominican but they lived in Venezuela during their musical carreer as duo, until Papo died... The song and video was made in Venezuela you can even hear at 2:13 "Me levanta la mano mi gente de Venezuela" or in English "Rise up your hands my people from Venezuela"
Normally, that's not enough. The rules are forwarded more to the artists' roots rather than where they resided or where the song was produced. Sure if you have nothing else (which I doubt) the exception could be made. |

 CYPRUS CONFIRMS! As I was born in 1997, I decided to go for a song which I really like and which was released that year as well! Anna Vissi returns! Anna Vissi - 'Travma'The song comes from the album with the same title which was released 2 days right after my birth (16th of April 1997). Back then it was a huge hit and it was the last disc of Anna which was released as a vinyl. As for the record, in only 12 days, the album became  gold in  Greece and it ended up being 3 times platinum with more than 180 thousands of copies in Greece and more than 18 thousands of copies in Cyprus! I hope you like the song as much as I do!  |

It's a challenging edition for me. I was born in 1990 and the popular music had just started to improve at those years in Turkey. It might be hard to find something good & outstanding enough for a contest, but ofc I'll try with this; Singer: Aşkın Nur Yengi Song: Nazlanma Year: 1991 Recap time: 2,41 In the video description, it's written "1992".
