Voting in every single pre-final round makes you eligible of being
a jury in this national selection. If you were not drawn for one of
the jury spots, you'll get additional televoting points assigned for
the grand final.
You need to be the HoD of a country participating in NVSC #19!
As for Co-HoD's, your supreme player must vote in every round
as well for your votes to be combined as one jury voter eligible.
