A voting system change?
As you probably know, the voting change in the Eurovision Song Contest has recently taken place, and at the IBU (Julian , kev and me) discussed whether this should be introduced to the International Music Festival as well.
MAIN FACTS
> The votes get split into the jury and televoting, both representing a set of points (so each country awards overall 116 points)
> The voting would be held as following: The spokespersons reveal the outcome of the jury voting, while the televoting results are revealed seperately by the host from 26th (last) to first regarding the amount of points they got from the televote.
