[Sweden] Melodifestival 3 (IMF #34) - Announcements

PRESENTS...
"Melodifestival 3"
Once again will
Sweden return to Melodifestival to determine their entry for the upcoming edition of International Music Festival. This time its even larger. A cooperation with 
Algeria made this project possible. Earlier 3 semi's and one final, now expanded to 4 semi-finals, a secondchance and a final. There is a special twist with the songs as well.
ENTRIES
As mentioned, there is a special twist with the entries. All the competing acts are from this year's Melodifestivalen, which is a NS for Sweden in some random contest called Eurovision. But as one of the acts are going to Eurovision, we had to replace Frans. Mikaela Coco was the lucky to fill his spot. SEMI-FINALS
With 4 semi-finals, one round and 7 entries each semi:
*2 acts will qualify directly to the final
*2 acts goes to Andra Chansen (Second chance)
*3 acts is eliminated.
ANDRA CHANSEN
The 8 acts who qualified to the second chance, will be drawed into 4 duels.
From there 1 act from each duels qualifies to the Grand Final.
GRAND FINAL
The remaining 12 acts will now fight to represent Sweden at the IMF 34.
The voting is 50% Jury Voting, 50% Televoting.
The combined winner will represent Sweden!
JURIES
There are 11 juryspots in the Grand Final. To get a juryspot, you have to vote in all the shows. If more than 11 countries votes in every show, there will be a draw.
