Hello hi, similar to Jan's game I thought it would be nice to make a game about the results. It's the same concept, you get points for correct predictions:
+5 for predicting the right final winner
+4 for predicting the right semi final winner
+3 for predicting the exact correct place (2nd to 25th place)
+2 for predicting the right last places
+1 for predicting a correct qualifier
For now, only predict the semi final results ! I will only count final predictions after the results of both semi finals have been announced ! 
I hope Jan forgives me for stealing his idea el o el
The rules are the same as in Jan's, such as I don't count edited posts etc.

Qualifiers prediction in random order or full results? Depends on how many points you want to get: if you predict the whole results, you can get points for the correct places while with the random order you'd just get points for correct qualifiers  |

Opinions here are ALL PREDICTIONS. I'll add some personal opinions at the end justifying my choices. Been meaning to write a list down myself actually (Updated on 1st May due to Romania's withdrawal ... plus a few tweeks if that's OK). FIRST Semi Final: 1st - Russia 2nd - Croatia 3rd - Cyprus 4th - Azerbaijan 5th - Hungary 6th - Armenia 7th - Iceland 8th - Bosnia & Herzegovina 9th - Estonia 10th - Greece __________________________________________ 11th - The Netherlands 12th - Austria 13th - Czech Republic 14th - Malta 15th - Montenegro 16th - Finland 17th - Moldova 18th - San Marino Personal Opinion: Reckon Cyprus will be a dark horse entry if they pull of a MaNga like performance in Stockholm. I hope I'm wrong in a way because I want Austria and Montenegro to qualify but there's always one. Wouldn't also be surprised if Croatia is first and Russia second it all depends on the night. Torn between The Netherlands and Estonia I feel it'll be one or the other. __________________________________________SECOND Semi Final: 1st - Latvia 2nd - Ukraine 3rd - Australia 4th - Poland 5th - Serbia 6th - Norway 7th - Denmark 8th - Ireland 9th - Lithuania 10th - Israel __________________________________________ 11th - Switzerland 12th - Bulgaria 13th - Macedonia 14th - Slovenia 15th - Belarus 16th - Albania 17th - Belgium 18th - Georgia Personal Opinion: Could be the first for a non European country winning a Semi Final ... it'll be appreciated from both the public and jury I reckon but my gut feeling tells me it'll be Latvia and European homies stick together . Would like Georgia to pass but sadly not people don't appreciate it. This SF is harder to predict I think. |
