Croatia confirms. It will be represented by croatian singer Ivana Banfic and bosnian and herzegovian singer Dino Merlin - who is well known across the Croatia, Bosnia, Serbia, Montenegro and Macedonia ... and minds of hardcore eurovision fans - because Dino Merlin participated in Eurovision for Bosnia and Herzegovina recently. The song they'll performe will be - Godinama (For years) - you can find the Albanian, English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Spanish and Turkish translation here: TranslationAnd here is the song. Hm... Song is emotional, and as you can see it talks about cheating. Nevertheless, this is one of the first songs I have ever listened to. And it quickly became my favourite. Nowadays, it doesn't remind me on my childhood - like it should, but I like to hear it whenever I hear it. And it was one of the favourites song of my mum. Neverheless, again, I do not expect nothing spectacular when it comes to results. It would be nice if the timeslot started at 2:57. Thanks. |

As it's the start of a new decade, I want to start it with the most legendarious rock song from  Latvia! This song is from late 80's (If I'm correct, then 1987), but it's still even in nowadays nominated as the best rock song from Latvia! That would be a shame not using it!
