Can ZOE compete? She's a confirmed ESC contestant for Austria, but she hasn't performed yet. Imo she shouldn't, but that's just me.

As she is ESC 2016 participant and she didn't perform live so far, she can participate.

If he was born in France, does that mean he can take part as France? I mean, the man has two Israeli parents, lived in Israel his whole life, etc.

If he was born in France (and lived there till the age of 8 and returned there afterwards when he grew up), does that mean he can take part as France? I mean, the man has two Israeli Jewish parents, lived in Israel his whole life, etc. tbh I feel really sorry for him, Israeli people keep annoying him with the fact that he is Israeli and represents France instead of Israel, kinda "traitor", and totally ignoring the fact that he is way more French than Israeli.

Well, I was not trying to make him sound like a traitor or anth (ata stam makhnis li milim la'pe) Idk both his parents are barely related to France and he lives in Israel to this day, speaks Hebrew, has that weird Hebrew accent we all have... I wasn't saying what you possibly though I was saying. It's like Dami Im for ...
