He can participate for France, because:
1) he was born here 2) he lived there sine age of 8 and still lives there 3) she is participant of ESC 2016, but as long as artists didn't sing live at ESC, they can participate in TFF.

tbh I feel really sorry for him, Israeli people keep annoying him with the fact that he is Israeli and represents France instead of Israel, kinda "traitor", and totally ignoring the fact that he is way more French than Israeli. Well, I was not trying to make him sound like a traitor or anth (ata stam makhnis li milim la'pe) Idk both his parents are barely related to France (and not to Israel as well) and he lives in Israel to this day (as far as I know he lives in France but k), speaks Hebrew, has that weird Hebrew accent we all have... I wasn't saying what you possibly though I was saying. It's like Dami Im for ... I didn't say that you said that he is a traitor, but people like you which think that he doesn't need to represent France in ESC and Online song contests often think like that and it pisses me off. I heard him talking and his accent sounds much more French than Israeli what's the problem with Dami Im representing South Korea?

I don't know how a Hebrew accent sounds, but Amir sounds completely normal to me. If he didn't sang in French, I wouldn't even notice that he's from France
