 NTU general director Zurab Alasania confirms  Turkeys non-return to Eurovision
So we were in contact with the Ukranian national broadcaster general director and he told us 2 weeks ago that he will contact the Turkish broadcaster and will try to convince them to come back. After rejecting the invitation from NTU, he confirmed us that the EBU is negotiating with the largest Turkish private broadcaster to at least broadcast it in Turkey and that the possibility is very high. Fingers crossed, who knows maybe the broadcaster can decide on a Turkish participation in the future

 Kazakhstan to decided on their participation on October 25thToday, The Khabar Agency is proud to announce that they will make a decision on whether or not that Kazakhstan will confirm participation for Eurovision Song Contest 2017 in Kyiv, Ukraine on October 25th.
Kazakhstan is looking to confirm their participation after opting the rules by the EBU. The Khabar Agency became the EBU associate member on January 1, 2016. |

Wait, so  Kazakhstan could possibly debut? *dies* ♥♥♥♥ Off course not. The director of Khabar said they didn't receive any invitation for ESC from the EBU. THe new rules about associated broadcasters participating in the contest are only rules on paper so that we can't  anymore about Australia's existence on ESC. |

I would wait for RTVS to confirm it because NTU's director said they didn't got a negative answer.

It's official cos head of czech delegation said that he is very sad about Slovakia cos he wanted us to be back. Director of NTUmade that statement on 22 October and we confirmed not returning yesterday.
