Israel will hold a national selection, artist and entry revealed February.
Montenegro's artist, song name and language were revealed.

It's true that have many other problems where they have to spend the money Well, Aless corrected me, they are still a member of EBU. The biggest problem of RTVA is that the government cut a lot their finances. I guess they wanted to go out of EBU, but they made a deal with them and stayed. |

To stay always in the semifinals I think they will not return. But we always have to be positive and I think they will come back someday. |

 Channel One has confirmed that they won't broadcast the 2017 ESC and will therefore withdraw from this years contest after they have received an official letter from the EBU that they couldn't solve the problem!
