I have something to tell you. As  Pavlo Shyko, the host of the 2005 contest in Kyiv said their  Russian delegation is 90% unlikely to attend meeting delegations, it is unknown whether or not can participate. If Russia don't reveal their representative by March 13th, they might withdraw and  Turkey can take the spot for Kyiv. |
