I did really know much of the contest a few months ago.  Romania DSQed last year and I remembered. No new country can join and the deadline is passed months ago.  Then don't call for new countries to join in last moment lmao *cough*  2015 *cough* |

Even if  Russia withdrew I doubt  Turkey would join since they haven't shown a lot of interest recently.. |
