 The Faroe Islands confirm for the North Vision Song Contest #20!After long discussions about the outcome of this edition and the aftereffects, KVF has come to the
conclusion to confirm and holding a national selection changing the seleciton format of previous
selections such as Rising Star Føroyar and Føroyskur Sangur. The new selection will be called
Ten acts will be competing in two rounds. The first round being all performers singing their song once.
From the first round, the three acts with the most votes will be qualifying to the super-final, in which
all votes will be set to zero once again, calling for a second round of votes. The winner will be the act
receiving the most votes from the Faroese public. There will not be a jury as the Faroese televoters
will solely decide on the winning act.
In a press conference earlier today, the intro for the selection was revealed, showing the names of the
ten acts that will be competing to represent the Faroe Islands. Take a look!

 Russian Update The Russian delegation is currently busy with conversations about their participation, we can announce that Russia will likely be in the next edition. Because the HoD is convinced that a place in PQR is not as bad as everyone thinks, you are part of the contest and that is what matter, but other members are thinking different and especially if  Slovenia will win the contest with a mockery entry. Also the Russian president Putin is really pissed about the Slovenian song, that he will boycott Slovenia if the country wins the contest. But to stay in at the topic of participation, the Russian participation is almost sure. Role playing, I don't like joke entries at all, but idc that it is about putin x'D So don't take it seriously plz  |

 TELERADIO MOLDOVA NOT ABLE TO PAY THE NBUChisinau, Republic of Moldova
As the grand final of North Vision Song Contest 19 is about to commence and find its winner in Italy,
local newspapers in Chisinau have decided to leak highly classified papers and spread the rumour
of TeleRadio Moldova (the only Moldovan broadcaster) deciding to delay the payment of their most
recent debt of the NBU considering the participation, having sent Nicoleta Nuca.
Eventually, nvsctoday got the news first-hand, leaking it to the public of Europe.
As for now, no one knows what'll happen to Moldova in NVSC #19.
However, as indicated by the Head of Delegation, there are plans considering the
national selection AVEM 05, seemingly being executed as for now. Stay alerted for further news! |

LITHUANIA OPTS AN INTERNAL SELECTION!
Today  Lithuanian National Radio and Television ( LRT) has confirmed online that the broadcaster, co-operating with the biggest Lithuanian news website DELFI decided to opt an internal selection in order to choose the entry for the upcoming twentieth edition of the North Vision Song Contest. TV advertisement, inviting interested artists to contact the broadcaster has already been released. It was also revealed that International Broadcasters Jury is going to be created in order to help the Lithuanian Delegation and to express their opinion during blind auditions, where the best of suggested entries will be performed. More information regarding the selection's format is expected to be released next week! |
