Sabato Sera Con Anna Tatangelo to begin at 18:30
Due to a scheduling conflict with the highly popular Estonian television show, Cooking With Happsamarkalu, Sabato Sera Con Anna Tatangelo has been moved back thirty minutes, instead commencing at 18:30. The show in its entirety will be approximately fifteen minutes long, including the reveal of the Italian song.

Italian representatives revealed!

After a long show on Sabato Sera Con Anna, the Italian representatives were finally revealed. Check out the spoiler below to find out who will be flying the Italian flag. But first, make sure to watch the show!

Ancient Bards - "In My Arms"

Ancient Bards is a symphonic epic metal band, hailing from Rimini, in the north of Italy. The band stably formed in 2007, and have been together ever since, albeit with some members leaving. The lead singer of the band is Sara Squadrani, who is also an architect and building engineer, who hopes that the contest can fund plans for the band to build their own house.

The song, "In My Arms", is a powerful song, about grievance during times of war. The band have denied a connection of the song to the entry from Lithuania, "World War I", although they have noted that the songs could be seen as connected. The song is 5:25 long, making it one of the longest songs in the history of NVSC, before the Italians will be forced to cut the song down to three minutes. The song is mainly in English, however, an Italian part is also sung in the song.
