One reason why   Colorado is the fittest state in the US.  This steep trail is known as the Manitou Incline. It used to be a railway, but it was discontinued and converted into a trail. If you're into hiking and you happen to be in Colorado, this is a must-go place! I've been to the top three times before. It's a lot of fun and it's literally breathtaking.  Here's a view from afar which shows the full length of the incline.  And here's a gorgeous view from the top of the trail during the winter. |
