The FANA Council and several companies created a system to determine the best nation of FANA.
The system
Every nation receives an amount of points for every game they played.
Victory - 100 Points
Draw - 50 Points
Defeat - 25 Points
Additionally every nation will receive an amount of points for each valid goal / goal against.
Each goal +3
Each goal against -2
Every nation can receive "extra points" for advancing the Knockout stage or for winning a cup.
+160 for advancing the Round of 16 in the World Cup / Confederations Cup
+170 for advancing the Quarter-finals in the World Cup / Confederations Cup
+180 for advancing the Semi-finals of the World Cup / Confederations Cup
+190 for advancing the Final in the World Cup / Confederations Cup
+300 for winning the World Cup
+200 for winning the "Continental Cup" or the "Confederation Cup"
The average of all games makes the final amount of each nation.
