"Dare to Dream" or "#DareToDream" is the event's anthem this edition,it is about achieving your goals, without stopping in front of hardship times.
It fits perfectly with the perception of the main logo idea, The Tulip, which represents
blossoming life through a musical vibe flare. It is clearly one of the most
concept-developed theme arts the Contest has had thus far.
