It's Butterfly for Amelia!
Butterfly 《Sorry For The Wait》愷樂《久等了》
Following the shocking non-qualification of Jolin Tsai and Namie Amuro, it is the renowned television personality Butterfly Chien who will be singing for the People's Republic of Meili on the world stage. Her song, 《Sorry For The Wait》 recently topped the Meilinese charts along with its' self-titled EP. Based around a girl who has a boyish hobby of collecting Jordan shoes, the song and accompanying music video sees her transform into a confident and feminine girl looking for her Mr Right. Didn't know Madeon was Lanovian but I don't mind It's just some extended RP on my part  Since IRL, Madeon and Porter are from different countries, I wanted them to be from different Fantasia countries too lol But feel free to use him! You'll probably get my points lol  |

Alkyria's song reveal!

Akureyri, Alkyria.
During the close end to Fantasia Contest #5 of which Alkyria has hosted in a pineapple drag-queens influenced style (if that ain't logic, then idk), now it's the time to reveal the entry which the upcoming band will bring into the contest in the upcoming edition.
But first, a little information about Alkyria's new representatives.
(whoever ain't interested, just skip this spoiler, hehe)
Veridia is a 4-member band which has risen to fame during a television show in Alkyria, and have made quite the charts history during their EP releases. "Inseparable" and "Pretty Lies" have been considered to be the best alt-rock EP of this type since a lot of time.
Furthermore, Veridia's lead singer, Deena, is battling Addison's Disease, which untreated, can prove fatal in many cases. Despite all of this, the band has stayed strong and united untill the end, up untill this point of their career where they're waving the flag for Alkyria in the upcoming Fantasia Contest edition.
About the origin of the name, it's quite an interesting turn-up.
"The name of Veridia came mainly from 2 Kallitian and Alkyrian terms: the Kallitian -veritas- (meaning truth) and the Alkyrian -veridical- (also meaning truth). We had the dumbest band names, and in fact, the name of the band was almost "Aviara". For your safety or creativity alike, one thing we have to say: Don't hire us if you need a band name!" - mentioned Trevor, the guitarist for Veridia.

Well, as in Alkyria the Halloween theme stayed pretty strong this year, the video for Veridia's entry will be on the measure for this little holiday. After all, who doesn't love candies & random floppy costumes on Halloween? We sure do.

(around last chorus would be a perfect timeslot tbh, thank you )Like we said previously, we have taken Halloween a bit too serious. Maybe a little bit too much, oopsie. HGP & Veridia have commonly agreed to stick to a little theme this edition. And thankfully, this producer has managed to bring the band into a haunted house in their native town of Maguna to produce the video itself, (not like ghosts wanted to join lol) which is probably the most elaborated of all their videos up to this moment.
Therefore, this song will be the entry for Alkyria in the upcoming edition, with a video to match the stereotypical point on the nation itself - haunted house, full of creepy stuff & lots of ghosts and shadows around. Happy late Halloween, Fantasia!  It would be nice to hear your opinions based on the entry, any kind of review is accepted, we don't share the same musical tastes, so be free to comment! ^-^

Katsyrian entry revealed! After finally announcing that The Chainsmokers would represent the country in the upcoming edition, a National Selection between their song was held in order to select one song.
After weeks of voting, the winner is known.
The winning song is...ROSES!"Roses" is a song of The Chainsmokers featuring the vocalist Elizabeth Roze Mencel, also known as Rozes.
It received 25.49% of the total votes in the national selection, therefore it will represent the nation in the 6th Fantasia Contest.
