I think it's safe to say that there won't be a PQR this edition unless I undo my withdrawal and the chances for PQR will increase More precisely: 38 countries have confirmed their participation. 10 countries are left to confirm. If all countries left would confirm (not considering that there is a chance any of them could actually withdraw), we have reached exactly the amount of possible participants without a PQR, which means if you'd undo your withdrawal, it wouldn't only increase the chances for a PQR, it would definitely let it happen. |
