After a small period of announcements,
LTV is proud to announce the beginning of the votingfor the upcoming edition, which will determine the
Latvian entry in NVSC #21 !First of all, here are the list of the participating songs for this edition:

3. Justs Sirmais - Ko tu dari ?
4. Otra Puse & Antra Stafecka - Es tev
5. Masha - Love and liquor

You can vote if...
- You are a NVSC participant in NVSC #21.
- You are a co-HoD of a participating country. If the main HoD votes with you as well, both votes shall be combined.
- You are a non-participant: withdrawing country, associate broadcaster or follower.
However, all these votes will be combined as a Rest of the World vote.
