None of the North African countries or Lebanon will debut cuz of Israel, who has confirmed their participation. PS. there are two Monacos in the poll  , something you can fix or ? |

Liechtenstein is not a member of EBU.  There is a possibility that Morocco will return and hopefully Montenegro decides to return.  It feels like the small countries can't go to the final even with a good song with the reason being they are what they are, a small country. Wow, imagine ESC with all those North African countries. It would be nice with some: Egypt's entry for OVSC #3. |

Why do so many think Kosovo will participate in 2012? They are also pending EBU membership.

Well, Kosovo may face problems even if it does get into the esc because some countries in europe don't recognise Kosovo as a country yet, eg Belarus and Serbia...

I read last year at the official German Eurovision website that Liechtenstein will participate in Baku, so I don't understand why Liechtenstein don't confirm their participation. But I hope that they will do it!
I don't think that anyone of these 11 countries will come back or debut. Maybe Morroco, but I don't think so.

Liechtenstein's broadcaster 1FLTV has been pending approval of EBU membership since applying on July 29, 2010.
