Slovenian entry was a part of a talent show and has nowadays become a graduation anthem because of the uplifting lyrics. The winner of the show was Oman Naber, other two most likey known are Anžej Dežan and Anja Baš. They are not an actual band, they just made this song as the top 12 of the show. Bitka talentov - Vsi za enega (All For One)

Even though she was born in Argentina, she has lived her whole life in Spain and there's no Argentinian HoD.

VENEZUELA
Venezuela once again will send again an ethnic song... This time one of the most popular venezuelan songs, sung by the versatile show-woman Maria Rivas, who remains as one of the best voices of the Venezuelan music.
Fun fact: Canto del Pilón was about the making of the Arepa dough in the "Pilón" and this time the song is about a tool that the people used to clean their clothes in the Orinoco river
María Rivas - El Manduco
