Fantastic Games III (Winter 2017) Applications
After the second Fantastic Games have been closed, the bids for the next Fantastic Games
have just begun. The third Games will be held in January 2017. Any country that is
not  Fordia can apply for the event. Your bid should include a logo, the host
city & year like "CITY NAME 2017" and the Fantastic Games logo (link).
Common bid (two cities in your nation) & binational (one city each from yours & other nation) NEED TO BE CLOSE (map proof needed).
Events
The submissions will close on SUNDAY, 20 November 2016.
Once the submissions are closed, all applicants will be presented and there will be
a poll, everyone can vote in. The top three of that poll will go through the second where
in a new poll, everyone can vote once again. The top 2 of the second round will go to
the final round where in the last poll again everybody can vote. The host will be decided here.

 Despite the rumours being spread by Atlandian Fantastics fans, the Atlandian Fantastic Committee has confirmed
today that the country will not apply to host the next Fantastics due to money spent on an unsuccessful attempt
last time and lack of support for their bid at the International Fantastic Committee.
The government of  Leowé Islands is yet to consider the possibilities, although the small nation is reported not to be able
to host such a huge sports event on its own due to massive fundings needed for the venues to be built. |

The Fantastic Games Committee of Dýria has put forward the idea of hosting the games. However, all members in the committee must agree to the proposal - a vote for which will occur sometime next week. Arguments for hosting are the perfect weather conditions for winter sports.
If Dýria were to bid it's almost certain that Dyflinnjaborg, the nation's capital, would host the games.

 Lakadamia is not going to bid.But also a participation on the third FG are not envisagated right nowdue to political problems between Lakadamia and the 4 Autnomous Republics,which wants more recognizion, for example, being allowed to send a (small) delegationat the Games (like Atlandia & Leowé Islands), what the Lakadamian government refuses.

 FORDIA WON´T SEND A BID
As Fordia is not able to apply for the 2016 Winter Games, FBC Sports (in cooperation with the fordian Fantastic Committee) obviously won´t send a bid to the International Fantastic Committee.
Anyway, the fordian minister for Entertainment, Kloben Heinlor, stated Fordia would offer help to Lanovina or Sirenforest if they bid.

SALTA ALTA also known as Salta Alta City or SAC, is the second largest city in the state of Alta. Being located near the great ranges of the tallest Westmont Mountains which stretch across Northern  Eldance & Lab Rador.
Immigration of international LDS members, mining booms, and the construction of the first transcontinental railroad initially brought economic growth, and the city was nicknamed the Crossroads of the North. It was traversed by the George Highway, the first transcontinental highway, in 1913, and presently two major cross-country freeways, I-15 and I-80, intersect in the city. Salta Alta City has since developed a strong outdoor recreation tourist industry based primarily on skiing. It was announced today by SFTV Sports and Stuff that  Sirenforest will make a bid for the Winter Fantastic Games! The city has been chosen and it will be....
Berchem!
Berchem is known for their fairgrounds and numerous sport facilities. It has been nicknamed "an adventurer's honeymoon" by numerous people. It was chosen due to the structure of the city. Head of SFTV Sports and Stuff Kenon Palmcher stated "This is the first time Sirenforest has bidded for anything, and we chose our city carefully. Berchem was chosen because of their numerous facilities that can hold many people in. We wish the best of luck to other countries that bid too"

Flírskmasto Kommitte Fantastics (FKF) announces bid application to the IFC  The logo represents two things. It is to be looked upon by the global market as a snowflake, however, for the Flírsk people, it's a representation of our national flower, the pripanyet.
Here is an example of it being used for several competing nations. (The size will be fixed soon)

Yuriakut is the capital and largest city of Flírskmasto. With a population of 7.295m, Yuriakut is a bustling hub for commerce, the arts, as well as music, but most importantly, is a key player in the global sports industry, having hosted events such as the 2013 Centralian Games, the 2017 Bandy World Championship, as well as the 2009 World Aquatics Championships.With strong public support, unlike in other cities, and a vast public transport system, which is known as cheap and efficient, Yuriakut is the optimal city of choice. To add to that, our International Airport, located 16km (10 miles) from the city center and 48km (30 miles) from the Olympic Park has the capacity of 200,000 passengers per day.
The native language of Flírskmasto is Rassiyese, however, don't fret if you don't speak our tongue! All metro stops and ticket machines have been translated into Engju, Frajisian, Åston and Jaranese. Signs around the Olympic Village will also be in these languages, with other languages also getting their own leaflets. The Olympic Village has 533 units which is capable of accommodating up to 1500 athletes, coaches and officials.As you can see, Yuriakut is located at the helm of one of Flírskmasto's largest lakes, which is where our arena lays on top of. However, the main national feature is of course our tall mountains. This is where we will have many of our alpine sports.
