  AVROTROS confirms the Dutch participation in North Vision 22!
After a successful qualification into the grand final by Demira, the Dutch participation is now guaranteed for North Vision 22! The selection method is most likely to be Noord Visie SongFestival, which has proven to have a 100% qualification rate using this method.

  Russia's decision still undecided! After a third failure, the participation of Russia in the upcoming edition is left undecided. The HoD is having talks with the team and they are decided, because the results isn't known yet. Some members are rooting a withdrawal if entering the PQR again. But HoD and some other members aren't planning a withdrawal anytime soon. More information will follow most likely after the results, unless decided otherwise. |

HoD said: After the exciting results of the semi-final and the qualification of Magdalena Cvetkoska Ena we still can not believe we are in the final after five NVSC editions. MRT are pleased to announce that there will be a Macedonian act in the upcoming edition.

 PARTICIPATION CONFIRMED!
SVT has just confirmed Sweden's ongoing participation in the North Vision Song Contest.
To determine the entrant for the 22nd edition, Fantasifestivalen will be held once again.
The Head of Delegation, Jan Björkman, said:
"The previous edition of Fantasifestivalen has received very high viewing figures, as well as voting results.
We are very satisfied with the outcome and the public is standing behind the selected entrant Mahan Moin, thus expecting a good result in Prague.
Preparations for the upcoming edition of Fantasifestivalen are already ongoing and first details are scheduled to be revealed soon." |

 FINLAND CONFIRMS PARTICIPATIONHelsinki, Finland — After an edition of break  YLE has confirmed that Finland will return
to the North Vision Song Contest in the 22nd edition, albeit on a smaller budget.
"We are ready to make a return with a bang, and we have chosen someone very very special as our first
act, following the withdrawal," said YLE spokeswoman Helli Heino, "I think you'll really like her!"

RTSH confirms the Albanian participation in Northvision #22!
Despite their first non qualification since #18, RTSH has decided to continue their participation.
A lot of talks are happening at the studio's at the moment, and there are still several questions whether Konkurrenca Këngë will continue for #22.
This is mostly based of RTSH being frightened over whether Albania entered the PQR or not.
On top of that, many rumours has been spread that RTSH would select their act internally,
where acts like NVSC winner Ronela Hajati and three time Kenga Magjike winner Aurela Gace has been asked.
So far, these are all speculations, and nothing has been confirmed yet.

TNV confirms the participation of Turkey at the upcoming NorthVision Song Contest!
The entry will be selected through Turkish Popstar, the usual national selection to determine the Turkish entrant for the competition. More details will be revealed in due course. |

AzTV confirms Azerbaijan's participation in NVSC #22! 
Lithuanian National Radio and Television (LRT) has confirmed nation's presence at the upcoming 22nd edition of the North Vision Song Contest. It will be their 20th participation, as the country participated in every edition of the contest except for the thirteenth and fifteenth editions.
