Welcome to the last event of 2016 at Festival of Miracles 
The semi-finals have started at
Mariehamn, and this is the recap If you were tagged here, it means you vote here and not in the other semi-final 
However, you can provide votes to the other semi too and if someone fails to vote in said semi, then your votes will be used
Only the best 10 countries will qualify However if a qualifier fails to vote, then the 11th will do, and so on.
