 STVR re-confirm the debut of Shinkoyu in FC6. However, due the time-scale of our originally planned national selection being in a three-way tie result for 3 months, we feel like we should take the course of action in searching for and approaching artist ourselves to then ask this artist to be selected internally as our first performing act. |

It's Butterfly for Amelia!
Butterfly 《Sorry For The Wait》
愷樂《久等了》Following the shocking non-qualification of Jolin Tsai and Namie Amuro, it is the renowned television personality Butterfly Chien who will be singing for the People's Republic of Meili at the sixth Fantasia Contest! Her entry, 《Sorry For The Wait》, recently topped the Meilinese charts - as did the Sorry For The Wait EP. Based around a girl who has the rather boyish hobby of collecting Jordan™ shoes, the song and accompanying music video see this girl transform into a confident and feminine young lady who is looking for her Mr Right. When asked to comment on her selection as the Meilinese representative, Butterfly told state media that she is "super excited to be continuing the long line of high quality Meilinese entries" and that she is "hyped to be visiting  Maronesia for the first time". Butterfly also confirmed that the Transmutative bridge from the EP will be incorporated into the performance like it is in the music video. She assures the fans that her performance is going to be absolutely choreography-heavy!Good luck, Butterfly!

 CERCASIA CONFIRMS CR One can confirm that Cercasia will be competing at the sixth edition of Fantasia Contest.
After hosting the first ever Cercasian national selection for the current edition of Fantasia, it's expected that CR One will be internally selecting their next entrant.
Further information on that is to be expected very soon. |

The Chainsmokers for Katsyria! Today, 30th December 2016, the nation have finally confirmed their act for upcoming edition of Fantasia Contest, held in Maronesia.
The Chainsmokers are no strangers for Fantasia music scene.
The duo gained popularity with their song "Closer" featuring ex-FC participant, Halsey.
They also competed with Daya in the national selection of Equaland.
For FC #6 entry, we prepared another collaboration.
And we're talking about another returning artist.

 Enjiri Qalasy ♦ Pashlanahuy and PQB re-confirm their participation in the next Fantasia Contest, this time held in Maronesia. Previously, "Pashi Zhuldyzy #3" was the national selection to choose the successor of RAIGN. Currently, the Pashi delegation is discussing following 4 options:
1) The current "ongoing" Super Final will stay in its constellation
► Bohnes, Saida and Rayhon will keep on fighting for the victory in Pashi Zhuldyzy #3
2) The Super Final will be held with 3 other chosen songs by the artists
►Bohnes, Saida and Rayhon will stay as artists, but other songs will be chosen for them
3) The Super Final will be held with 3 other songs completely
4) "Pashi Zhuldyzy" will be held to chosse the song for #7, and for #6 an internal selection will be opted
It is possible that the decision will be made still today, so stay tuned for more information! |

STVR are pleased to announce the debut act of Shinkoyu in FC6 will be Sarah Geronimo with her song 'Minamahal'.
Sarah was born in Shinkoyu in the Shingwoyu speaking part of the island. She also learned to speak predominantly in Engju, Huoyu and Xouyu. Geronimo won The X Factor Shinkoyu in 2011 with a massive popularity vote of 89.3% of the final vote. Her debut album went straight at number 1 in Shinkoyu and she has had since her winning of show, all number 1 singles in the country.
Minamahal is her latest single which has been the biggest selling of the year, currently standing a record-breaking 22nd week at Number 1.
