Rising Star is the
Israeli national selection for the OESC 45. Once again, six artists will compete in order to fly the Israeli flag
in
Russia. 50% of the results will be decided by televoting, andthe other half by juries. The voting system will be decided later on.
At the moment, the number of juries is unknown, however be sure to
apply to ensure you will have a spot on the panel. If you don't, you still
will be able to vote with the televoting system. If you'd like to be tagged
for song announcements, either apply as a jury or post and be updated!
