Harel Skaat is an Israeli singer and songwriter who
represented Israel in Eurovision 2011, placing 14th.
He has released a total of three albums as of 2017.
In other news,  Didi Benami decided to withdraw
from the competition due to scheduling issues, however
her replacement will be announced tonight, with the juries.

Following the reveal of the six competing entries,
IBA can now reveal the six countries which will be
responsible for making up fifty percent of the votes:
The first jury is...The second jury is...The third jury is...The fourth jury is...The fifth jury is...The sixth and final jury member is...Full results... Congratulations to the six juries! You will be giving 12, 10, 8, 6, 4 & 2 points to the songs.
Please remember that even if you are not a jury member you can still vote with televote.
