Hello and welcome to
Eesti Laul for OESC!
This is the first installment of Eesti Laul, the new Estonian national selection for Own Eurovision Song Contest.
This edition will of course be selecting a song for the contest in
Russia.
After a 4th placing which is the best Estonian placement so far in the contest, ERR finally decided to try out a national selection format after being pre-qualified to the final in the 47th edition.
FORMAT
5 songs will participate from over 50 submitted. All songs will be in either Estonian or English, with known and unknown acts.
Everyone participating in OESC can vote in the selection.
**also I apologize in advance that there won't be a recap due to poor skills with PowerPoint. There will however be timeslots under each video, so don't worry if you don't have time to listen to the songs fully (although it would be recommended).**
VOTING
There will be places for 6 international juries (+ Estonian jury). If somehow there were more applicants, a draw would be held. 
They will vote by:
Televote will be other voting countries - which will have to split points between the 5 songs. More will be decided upon soon.
