For this edition we got 39 participating countries in total 
First thing to say is where the Automatic Qialifiers will vote:

• FIRST semi-final is going to have 17 countries, in here the AQ voting will be 
the Netherlands and 
Wales.

• The winner, Belgium, will vote in BOTH semi-finals to have the same amount of countries voting in both semi's.
