PORTUGAL TO HEAD TO BELGIUM WITHOUT VIOLINS
In a press conference in  Lisbon, held today noon, the act representing Portugal in the 38th edition will be:
T H E G I F T
The Gift are a four-piece alternative rock band from Alcobaca, Portugal.
They are among the most successful Portuguese acts worldwide, and have now agreed to finally represent their country of home in the contest.
They will be joined on stage by English producer, singer and artist Brian Eno to perform the artistic piece of 'Love Without Violins'
Love Without Violins is a heavily electronic, powerful song that slowly builds up over five minutes to find it's end in a dramatic, choral ending sung by featured artist Brian Eno.
The video portrays the essence of the song, the 'Love Without Violins' explicitly, therefore the delegation decided to use another, censored version for the contest to secure IMF can stay the family show it is.
