Kyiv, Ukraine - UA:PBC announced their participation to the contest, together with their new National Selection called "Здравствуйте всесвіт!" ( Zdravstvuyte Vsesvit!, ENG; Hello Universe!).
The Head of the Delegation Mr. Georgy Jiykovsky announced that a small National Selection, with six acts will take place.
He also mentioned that UA:PBC is welcoming everyone to suggest entries for the national selection.
But there's not only that..
>> FORMAT <<
\\ Six acts will take place, with all of them, been part of your OWN choice. UA:PBC decided to select SIX juries, to be part of the National Selection, who can cast their votes. This makes the National Selection with the Six Decided acts from YOU. //
>> RULES <<
(for the Juries)
1. The Juries will be obligged to vote for their favorite.
2. They can vote for all the six songs by awarding each one with points from 12 to 5.
3. The songs they want to submit MUST be in
Russian, 
Ukrainian, or 
English with at least one phrase in Russian or Ukrainian respectively.5. Vote before deadline.

(for the Televoting)
1. The Televoting will be made up by a Poll, which will be held in the voting thread.
2. They will be able to vote up to 6 songs at maximum (for all the songs)
3. In case of a tie between the places, the highest scored from the JURIES will declare which song gets what.
In this thread the songs will be announced after they will be submitted and get accepted.
