Ranking of Nations
It works similar to the FIFA Ranking of Nations (or exactly like the NVSC one if you will).
Method
1. Take a country's average number of points gained throughout the 3rd edition and multiply the value by 0.25
2. Repeat for a country's score in the 4th edition but multiply by 0.5 instead
3. Repeat for a country's score in the 5th edition but multiply by 0.75 instead
4. Repeat for a country's score in the 6th edition but keep the value the same
5. Add up all the values found in the first 3 steps
6. Round the value to the nearest integer (whole number)
This also means that the results of the 2nd edition are no longer counted.
