I respect your opinion but this time I have to disagree with it The RoW system works precisely so that those who aren't able to make a confirmation post in 4-5 hours while the places are being taken ensure their placing next edition. Then, I really consider it unfair to base the PQR on previous results because some countries would never go into PQR while smaller nations are more likely to do so over and over again, also the problem of ''spots being taken to quickly'' wouldn't disappear with this either: as long as there are more than 51 countries wanting to take part, the spots will obviously get taken in very few hours. If every edition the number of participants will grow, so will the number of RoW voters and therefore there will be more and more secured places. And less places for remained ones. Meh My of the day!

We've discussed this topic for quite some time and we're aware it's not perfect (probably there's no system that pleases everyone anyway), but for now we decided to try it this way. Of course if we find a better method or notice it's not as good as we thought, we can always make some changes, we've done that a few times in the past already In comparison to last edition, the PQR is certainly an improvement in our opinion, as nobody is directly out, the players who weren't fast enough still are able to participate. So we kept and adapted the "first come, first serve" system here. Also with the RoW Jury, we have some kind of rotation system; people who missed out before are surely in the next time, so "less active" players or those who can't submit fast enough aren't always the ones in the PQR. (but Mimis has explained that more or less) Surely, if we get even more countries, it might not work out anymore and then we'll have to think of an alternative
