After weeks of voting time, 3 lucky artists had to go through the
Gold Final, which ended a few hours ago.
Finally, the next Pashi act for the Fantasia Contest in  Beklium
has been chosen!

After a long period of negotiation between a lot of potential entries, the Teaoan broadcaster, UBOTA, has decided on the act they want to send towards Beklium!
After considering the submissions of several artists, they have revealed the name of the lucky one today and it is:

ROSIE DOONAN
Born in the city of Cunmore, Rosie has always had a great connection to music. She was raised as, and is still, part of a big musical family that does musical performances together. But apart from that she has her own career as well, even though she hasn't had her musical breakthrough in her home country yet, but she had her more or less small successes as well, including supporting Atlandian singer Birdy on tour. Her own songs as well as the two albums she released in 2010 and 2017 have had limited success so far, yet she is ready to breakthrough with her song for Beklium:
♫ FEEL LOVE ♫
'Feel Love' is the lead single of her 2017 album with the same name. It is a indie-folk piece with pop and alternative elements included.
It is a calm ballad about being able to include love in ones life and how one has lost it. It has a haunting melody and a melancholic vibe to it, supported by her angelic voice. The chorus is really catchy but not too loud and overshadowing.
This is what the HoD thinks of the song:
» We think we have made the right step with this song, it is not a song like every other in FC, but it is not outlandish or unheard of either, we think it will definitely stick out and are confident that Rosie, as a routinized performer can pull off a flawless performance! «

PECUNIA PICKS FOR FC #8!
Following the debut of the island’s national final for the Fantasia Contest,
Pecunia's second entry for the competition has been decided this evening!
Having received a total of 25.45% of the final Pecunifestum votes, the act
chosen to represent Pecunia at the Fantasia Contest #8 is...
CELLAR DARLING Based in the Pecunian town of Locupli, Cellar Darling is a folk rock/metal band consisting of a total of 3 members: Anna Murphy (vocals), Merlin Sutter (drums) and Ivo Henzi (guitar and bass). "We're excited that, as a newly-formed band, we have been given the chance
to perform on such a big stage in order to show everyone what we're all about,
as well as portraying the story of our song across a wide audience," stated the lead vocalist. The trio will fly to the host country of Beklium to compete with their winning national final entry, "Challenge". Listen to Pecunia's official entry!

Entry has been decided Rumors have been circulating online since last week about Prinsesa being the possible Pacifican entry for 8th edition. It was only early morning of June 7th when PTV and the HoD have finally answered to these rumors and it turned out to be true. Pop Girls will officially sing "Prinsesa" (Princess in Engju) in Fantasia Contest #08 at Beklium. For the first time ever, The country will sing in its national language Pacifican
Written by Paolo Madrid and composed by himself together with Himig Borja and Julius de Belen, Prinsesa is a song about girl empowerment.
