Latvia returns !After a (needed) break of one edition, the Baltic state can already confirm it's return in
IMF #39.The
Latvian HoD completed this confirmation to IMF with those words :"Even if we regret the direction the contest has taken song-wise,
Latvia has to compete, it's an important competition,for our country, but also for our music industry,
to 
Monaco !Again, the broadcaster has announced the entry will be selected internally, and will be announced in July.
