BOJANA VENTURISEVIC FOR SERBIA

Bojana Vunturišević (Serbian Cyrillic: Бојана Вунтуришевић, born 6 March 1985) is Serbian singer-songwriter. She was born on 6 March 1985 in Požarevac, SR Serbia, SFR Yugoslavia. Between 2007 and 2015 she was the lead singer of Belgrade-based rock band Svi na pod!. Their music was described as "indie pop with elements of trip-hop and dancehall". With Vunturišević, the band released two studio albums: Prvi! (2011) and Mladost (2014). In 2015, Vunturišević left the band and was replaced by Nevena Ivanović. In 2017, Vunturišević launched her solo career by releasing debut album Daljine She describes the style of the album as simply "pop". Single "Kese, etikete" from this album was released in March 2017 and attracted attention of media and critics and coming 4th in 3rd edition in BeoMelody Grand Prix . Even tho she didn't win the Selection after it was decided not to be a selection to be used to decide song that will go to Stockholm, RTS decided to make her our representative with song she sent to be replacement. She stated that she would change it into it even if she won the Selection and that it is more for the contest than "Kese Etikete".

And so it was decided that she will represent Serbia with the song "Daljine"
