CURRENT ALBANIAN HOD REASSIGNS FROM THEIR SEAT AS HEAD OF DELEGATION

Sad news coming from RTSH, as it has been informed that the current HoD has said to reassign as the current head of delegation.
The Head of Delegation himself has revealed the news to the public, with the following words:

It's sad to leave as a Head of Delegation, but due to circumstances I'd rather not talk about, I've decided to reassign.
But to no worries, as I have found a new person that can easily take the job, and can do another great job.
I want to thank everyone for the five editions that we've been all working together on, and that we managed to make Albania win the competition.
Thank you once again, and hopefully you will give the new Head of Delegation a big, warm welcome to the team.

As informed, a new Head of Delegation has already been selected, but whether they have confirmed a participation in #23 is still unclear.
More info is to be revealed in a later time.

RTVSLO CONFIRMS THE RETURN OF SLOVENIA IN THE NORTHVISION SONG CONTEST

After a two edition break, Slovenia is returning to the competition under the ruling of a new Head of Delegation.
The new Head of Delegation has given a few words about their new job:

We feel that we've taken a long enough break to finally return and show off more of the Slovenian music industry to the rest of Europe.
I have, myself, seen how tough it is to be a Head of Delegation, but I can ensure you that, we at RTVSLO, will provide as much as possible to show Slovenia at their finest glory.

The broadcaster has also revealed that RTVSLO will go for a internal selection for the 23rd edition.
Artist & Song are to be revealed at a later date.

ALBANIA CONFIRMS PARTICIPATION

Tirana, Albania - After the unexpected withdrawal of the previous head of the Albanian delegation, RTSH, have succesfuly, find a new head for the country. The country's new Head of Delegation, Mr. Georgji Jeckhjiu, announced today that the country will be part of the

23rd North Vision Song Contest.
It was also announced that the entry will be chosen internally.
Many applications have been sent to RTSH but still, due to many -fixed now- problems, the answer was delayed. Now the preparations have started to find the next

Albanian representative.

Made in Andorra #8 winner revealed!

It's no longer a mystery,

Brisa Fenoy won the national selection with "Ella"!

However ... Due to the time that has passed since the National Selection started and the actual edition, discussions have started in RTVA headquarters whether she should actually represent the country or not. Nothing is known yet and no official response has been given by the Head of Delegation.
