GRAND FINAL - VOTING INFORMATION
The grand final of the 38th edition is now up!
VOTES
Please use the valid voting style by submitting two sets as jury and televoting with 1-12 points each and specify them.
SPOKESPERSON
Please submit a spokesperson from your country along with a background of a city at night.
SPEECH
Your speech can include some information, but should not be political or discriminate any ethnic backgrounds. The votes presented by the spokesperson are the votes from your national jury. The spokespersons only announce the 12 points as the scores from 1 to 10 are shown on the screen.
