A song for Israel #3 (NVSC #23) - Announcement thread

Hi everybody and welcome to the already previously announced Israeli preselection for NVSC #23.
As it worked unexpectedly well and pretty much without turning into a mess I decided to have the same format again. However there may be minor adaptions to it depending on the number of entries.
The beginning at least is the same which means that again all the NVSC participants or associate broadcasters can apply below for taking part (and again Maxim + Marco Antonio [QUITE INACTIVE] please tell me in PM if you'd want to do it again too).
The participants and the exact numbers of qualifiers etc. will be announced together at a later point.
Important:
Last time there were unfortunately a few people who didn't vote. Therefore
Max and 
CFK won't be accepted this time.
