Is  Jana Kramer  Maltese? He use it as a foreign act but because I find unoriginal an act from USA perform for Malta or an european country. So we won't have foreign acts so the ns will closed. |

What about  in ESC this year? They also had an American singing togehter with Valentina. So what you said there dosen't make any sense  . And since the Song is pretty unknown, I think that it should be allowed to use as a foreign act. |
