You are able to confirm your participation or withdrawal until the confirmation deadline.
You mustn't announce your song before the final results of previous edition,but you can freely announce the singer.
Do not forget to send me first your entry for approval.
In case you announce your song before the final results or publish your entry without an approval,you will get a warning of 25%.
Also,once your entry gets accepted you have to post it in the thread.
Last but not least,you can change a country if you have already kept one for 3 editions.
