Welcome, for the second edition of the Basketball World Cup, to be held in two countries, where legends are claiming
that the Basketball was born,
Alkyria and 
US Eldance.For the very first time on a major sportive event in Fantasia, two countries were choosed for hosting the competition.
And also, unlike the first world cup, the number of invited countries was announced to climb from 24 to 30.
Thus announced that
Eldance, as it's quality of host, and Alkyria, as it's quality of reigning champion (and host)will automatically gain their spot for the competition.
The 28 others spots will have to be taken by the lucky 28 Countries.
Also, if the number of participating countries are not reached,
the BFF is allowing themselves to invite some countries to compete.
• But if there is 30 Countries, how the World Cup would work ?
Fair question, with 30 Countries, it will make 5 Groups of 6 Countries in each.
The change on it, the number of qualifiers per group is reducing, to see the top 3 qualifying.
If you're good in Maths, you have just discovered that there is only 15 qualifiers. And you're right !
The very last qualifier will be choosed from the best 4th place of each groups.
