Festival of International Music #21 - Atlanta, United States - Grand Final Results!

Congratulations to the winner!!
Winner needs to send me a host city and a slogan for next edition, but there is no rush since i am still not entirely sure when i can open #22. There is even a possibility of some kind of a hiatus because of my time.
So next edition will be the 22nd edition of FoIM, but as said the start of it is still unknown to me, but it will be there, no worries the contest is not going anywhere I just need to get some more time somehow to open the confirmations and a possible hiatus for some time could help me with that. We will see 
Thanks so much for this amazing edition yet again guys, even though i had to disqualify a country
but it happens sometimes and this can happen to anyone from now on so remember that in the future. I hope that i don't have to do this to anyone anymore i don't really enjoy it 
it was my decision to do so as an example of what could happen to non-voters so i will also take full responsibility if it receives hate or something I hope to see most of you atleast next edition too whenever i can open it
