 On this thread, we will mainly locate all the draw for the Free Countries.
Unlike the others contests where this system is used, for EoF, only a small amount of countries
will be submit to a Draw between players. Here's a map showing what countries will be
given by a draw, and the others one given by the system "First Come / First Serve"
In case a country in Green on the map became free :
This is the easiest part, the country will be simply put on the "Free Countries" list
that is showed on the Confirmation Thread until someone claims it. These are the only
countries that people which wants to debut in the contest can take... until they are
respecting the rules applied for swapping a country... or applying to a draw.
In case a country in Purple on the map became free :
A little bit more difficult, as said before on this thread, these countries in Purple
will be placed onto a draw. Every EoF players, as long as they respect what they need
to have for applying. Here's the list of the basic rules for applying that ppls have to respect :
♦ Be a player of the contest (obviously)
♦ Having participated for at least 3 Editions
♦ Being an active member of the forums.
If you respect what is listed above, you may be able to apply for a draw.
Borrowing States situation :
As EoF, has some borrowing states (the one in black on the map above), in case the country
they are borrowing from became free (let's state as example  Andorra and  Spain)
In this case, if Spain is becoming free, firstly the country will be forced to withdraw for an edition.
Secondly, the Andorran player, if respecting the rules listed above, will be the first asked
if the player wants to take Spain or to stay with Andorra.
In case the Andorran player isn't respecting those rules, the second option will be directly applied.
First option, Spain will goes to the new player (and current Andorran HoD).
Second option, a draw for choosing the new Spanish player will be done.

 DRAW FOR UKRAINE
Since the  Ukrainian player has decided to withdraw of EoF,
Ukraine is being put on a draw for having a the new player in the contest.
For applying, you must :
♦ Be a player of the Europa Festival (which means already claiming a country)
♦ Having participated with your current country at least 3 Editions
♦ or Having participated in EoF for more than 5 Editions.
♦ Be Active on the forums.
However, as it's written on the first post of this thread, a country must withdraw for an edition,
but since Ukraine has just returned in EoF after a break of 3 Editions, we decided to do a draw now.
So the new Ukiranian player will be able to take Ukraine from EoF #21 & on.
Also, as a test for this draw, we are trying something new about it.
If you only have participated in EoF for 2 editions, you are able to participate in the Ukrainian draw,
however, note that you'll have to compete in EoF #21 with your current country,
and then receiving Ukraine for EoF #22.
For showing your interest for the Ukranian draw, like this post and you'll be added on the list.
Deadline for applying :
Friday, 20 October, at 19:59:59CET

 DRAW FOR GIBRALTAR
Since Gibraltar is now allowed to compete in EoF, and as it's a country that could
become popular, MAINLY because of where the country is gonna borrow from, this will be (most probably)
the only micro-state that will be given by a draw.
For applying, you must :
Note that (1) & (2) correspond to a "category" of players based on the first rules listed below.
(1) ♦ Be a player of the Europa Festival (which means already claiming a country)
(2) ♦ Be a former player of the Europa Festival (which wants to return in the contest)
(1) ♦ Having participated with your current country for at least 3 Editions
(1 / 2) ♦ Having participated in EoF for more than 5 Editions - in case you don't have the 3 Editions needed.
(2) ♦ Having participated in EoF for more than 3 editions.
(1 / 2) ♦ Be Active on the forums.
(1) ♦ In case you're participating in EoF #21, having voted in the Grand Final is necesary.
Whatever happens, the new player of Gibraltar may be able to be claimed in EoF #22.
Reminding the rules concerning Gibraltar, since it's a borrowing nation :
» Gibraltar may be allowed to borrow from  England «
» As a micro-state, Gibraltar is only allowed to borrow unknown singers. «
