Hello everyone!
I will be letting the participants have a say on very important decisions regarding Our Song Festival.
Should we forbid songs that previously took part in an OSF National Selection? In case the majority says Yes, a Second Chance Contest may arrise.

I personally don't think so, For some countries it's much harder to find songs and if their national selection has 35 songs and only 1 gets picked for the festival then they're selection is going to grow very small very quick.
A good portion of all the participants and watchers of OSF don't really watch the national selections, So they probably wouldn't even noticed if an NS song would participate.
I would personally make it so all countries that participated in a national selection need to take a 1-2 edition break before entering another NS, but that's just me.
