unless they have previously appeared in MSC as an adult

Ekaterina Ryabova (Hosted JMSC#8)
Molly Sanden (Participated in MSC#22)
Lisa, Amy and Shelley (Participated in MSC#8)Borrowing nations rule still applies here (example: Andorra could send a Spanish JESC entry)
If a J/ESC singer can represent a non-J/ESC nation (example: Destiny Chukunyere could represent either Malta or Nigeria) feel free (evidence required)
