If you post your entry before the deadline but after all places are taken, you can take part with that entry in #44 without needing to submit it again.
Note: This time I reserved a spot for the country with National Selection (he asked me before and it's only the second one ever so I guess it's a fair exception).
If you wish to host one in the future you may start at any time (it doesn't have to be during the submissions, nor for the upcoming edition, e.g. you may host one for #47 now, but the spot shall not be reserved, so plan ahead)
Also, this is second last edition of this year.
