HINTS THREAD
RTSH announced that once again the entry will be revealed through a hints show. Every day hints will be given to public, different between them, trying once again like in the
23rd edition, to make the public wonder who will be the lucky representant. As it was revealed earlier, RTSH have gathered around 108 submissions, from different singers or songwriters. After that a panel of worthy Albanian and Kosovar experts reduced the number to 10 after a long procedure, and finally after a lot of re-thinking the act was chosen to represent the country. HINTS
Every day, one hint will be given to the public starting with the first one at December 1st, 2017.
